Heather Yanyo - Henna Tattoo Artists
Heather Yanyo has been a work from home mother since her son was born in 2000. She has been doing henna since the early 80s and has always been a doodler, a drawer, and an avid crafter. She needed to find a venue where she could work weekends and flexible hours and still be home during the week to care for her son and so she started doing henna at local community events and Renaissance Festivals. She trained an apprentice who had been doing cheek art since she was quite young and together taught each other the tricks of our respective trades.
She now does "Wolfe Brothers Style" full face painting in addition to the cheek art, and has a henna/face painting booth at several Renaissance Festivals and Arts Shows in and around Pennsylvania. Some of the larger shows she can be seen at are: West Moreland Arts and Heritage Festival in Greensburg, PA, Great Lakes Medieval Faire in Geneva, Ohio, Celtic Fling at the Pennsylvania Renaissance Festival in Lancaster, PA, and the NEW Pittsburgh Renaissance Festival in New Stanton, PA.In her free time she also designs and sews custom costumes and corsets for many of the actors at the Renaissance Festivals she attends.
She is also still available for country club bookings and corporate events depending on her schedule. |

Serves: Pittsburgh, New Stanton, and Washington, PA and the surrounding area. Will travel!
Rate: $150/hour with a two hour minimum.
Speed: approximately 10-20 tattoos an hour depending on complexity of requested designs.
