Angela McCall - Henna Tattoo Artist
Angela discovered henna while looking for other options to offer her full and fancy face painting clients. She fell in love with the art and its traditions and became a self-taught henna artist. Angela takes pride in her art and pays special attention to detail. Knowing that you will be looking at the art for weeks to come, she takes care to do the best job possible on each guest.
If you have a specific tattoo image in mind, for example, a company logo or team logo, Angela would be happy to come up with a special design to offer you and your guests.
Angela makes her own henna paste using 100% natural henna powder, sugar, lemon juice, and lavender essential oils. She never uses anything called "black henna". Be aware that anyone using this type of product is using harmful ingredients that are not approved to be used on the skin. In fact, some ingredients in what is called "black henna" can actually burn the skin.
Natural henna paste is a dark olive green/ brown color when applied and reddish brown on the skin within 48 hours of henna paste removal. |
There are many events and occasions where henna is a popular service to offer your guests including Bar Mitzvahs, Bat Mitzvahs, all-night graduation parties, pre- and post-prom parties, sweet sixteens, birthdays, girl's night in, company picnics, and so much more!

Speed: 10-15 designs per hour, depending on design size and complexity.
Rate: $150/hour with a two hour minimum.
