Deena Drewes - Henna Tattoo Artist

Deena has been working with Henna since 1999,
and takes pride in doing all of her artwork freehand,
meaning she doesn't use stencils or transfers. She
participates in fine art shows in Minnesota and
Wisconsin on just about every weekend throughout the summer. The busy outdoor season culminates in the large State Fairs of both Wisconsin and Minnesota in August.

In the "off-season" she spends her time as a full-time
student of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and
continues to adorn people with Henna at birthday
parties, bar/bat mitzvahs, corporate events and anyone just looking to embellish themselves. She especially enjoys the celebration of the pregnant belly!

The samples below are representative of the simple designs Deena does at larger events.

Serves: Minneapolis, St. Paul, and the Twin Cities Metro, MN area. Will travel.

Rate: $150/hour with a two hour minimum.

Speed: approximately 10-20 tattoos an hour depending on complexity of designs requested.
