Rui Zilhao was born in Porto, Portugal in 1971. He graduated in 1997 with a BFA from the University of Lisbon. His degree was in Plastic Arts and Painting. He is an adept and talented portrait artist with an interest in caricature drawing.

One of his most memorable jobs was when a client asked him to draw 502 portraits in 30 days as a celebration for the anniversary of the company. During this project the client delayed in sending some of the photos and the project got back up. In the end Rui had to draw 160 portraits in 4 days. He accomplished this feat with skill and ability and little sleep. Rui is ready to tackle any project or event you can put before him.
