Maryland; Richmond and Northern Virginia; Washington, DC; Delaware; Altantic City and Southern New Jersey; Philadelphia and Harrisburg, PA. Will travel!
Speeds:
- 8 to 10 Great Big Faces per hour (heads only, no bodies or backgrounds) in B&W or bright colors
Rate:
$125/hour with a three hour minimum.
