Harv grew up in Melbourne, Australia the eldest boy of seven siblings and decided he wanted to draw after his Prep teacher called his Mum and Dad to the school to to show them a terrific bird hed drawn. He was hooked.
Harv is one of the Australia's leading illustrator / caricaturists working from his home studio in Richmond where he lives with his wife and three kids. Paul has had work published in newspapers and is a contributor to a diverse range of magazines. He has also had many articles written about his work and had stories appearing on TV news bulletins, childrens and sport programs. He recently appeared on New Delhi TV being interviewed about his cricket caricature.
Each year Harv is commissioned by the Australian Football League to illustrate illuminated certificates which are presented to the reigning Brownlow Medalist and the inducted members of the AFL Hall of Fame. He also paints water-colour portraits of all the 200 game members. Paul is the author of The Mighty Bunyips and The invincible Bunyips and the illustrator of the SportsKids range of AFL books and a many other sport and childrens related books.
