Bat Hilliard - Caricature Artist - Lansing, NC
Bat Hilliard started doing caricatures at a very young age when he realized he could use his drawing skills to entertain and tease his teachers, family memebers, and friends. One of his greatest experiences was working with an artist of Marvel Comics' Ghost Rider fame, Javier Saltares; he makde art look easy, and helped Bat to see that with some hard work and his talent he had a slim chance of making it in the comic industry.

He began focusing on doing quick short sketches to satisfy his artistic urge and before he knew it he was volunteering his time at a local Relay for Life Cancer Walk-a-thon, and it hit him that he could could actually pursue a career as a full-time artist.

- B&W heads only: 12-15/hr
- B&W body/gag: 8-10/hr
- Color heads only: 8-10/hr
- Color body/gag: 6/hr
Rate:
$150/hour with a 2 hour minimum.
